Product Description
The insulated pvc wire belong to the series of laying wires,which are mainly suitable for laying at the fixed places.They are widesly used as connectors of driving,lighting,electric equipments,instrument and telecommunication equipments with rated voltage to 450/750V.Part of the plastic wires are used at the equipment with AC rated voltage upto 300/500V.and its working temperature is different according to different insulation materials, mainly 70 and 90 degrees temperature, etc.
2.Construction Of PVC Insulated Wire
The construction of PVC insulated wire typically involves several layers of materials that are assembled together to create a functional and reliable electrical wire. The main components of a typical PVC insulated wire construction are:
Conductor:
The conductor is the core of the wire and is responsible for carrying electrical current. It is typically made of copper or aluminum, and its size (gauge) is chosen based on the specific electrical requirements of the application.
Insulation:
The insulation is the layer that surrounds the conductor, providing electrical insulation to prevent short-circuits and electrical shocks. PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is commonly used as the insulation material due to its excellent electrical properties, such as high dielectric strength and good resistance to moisture, chemicals, and UV radiation.

According to the conductor type, including solid conductor insulated pvc electrical wire, standed insulated pvc wire, Flexible insulated pvc wire with different colors.
According to its shape, including flat wire, round wires, etc. with different colors.
Accoding to its core number, including single core wires, multi-core wire, etc. with different colors.
Service Conditions:
BV-105model not more than 105°C.Others not more than 75°C installation temperature not lower than 0°C.
