A: It varies on different models. Take the BMW i4 eDrive40 for example, the battery capacity is 83.9kWh and the on-board charger is 11kW. If you install an 11kW/7kW charger at home, it takes 83.9kWh/11kW=7.6 hours to fully charge the vehicle.
Q: Can I set the maximum charging current?
A: Yes the charging current could be set from the mobile APP.
Q: Can I charge my car when the electricity price is low?
A: Yes, users can set the charging time through a mobile APP.
Q: I would like to install a 7kW charger. The total input of my home is 11kW, while I have other home appliances which could reach 8kW when all of them are working. Do you have a solution to my situation?
A: Yes, we provide a dynamic load balance function. It will measure the total input of your home, the total consumption of your other appliances, then the rest power will be distributed to EV charging. So that the charger can always charge at its maximum allowed power.

A: Yes, when you leave the house, please connect the charger to the EV and set up the charging time through the mobile APP. The charger will charge the EV automatically at the set time.
