Description:
UL1015 hook up wire is made of tinned copper, the insulation is PVC,the conductor is usually 19 strands, elesun cable can produce from 22awg to 1awg to meet different application requirements.
Application :
UL style 1015 lead wire is a general-purpose electronic hook up wire, used in the internal wiring of appliances and electronic equipment, it can resistant to water, oil, acid, solvent and fungus . The jacket is PVC ,the rated voltage is 600 voltage, it can be used where temperatures range from -40ºC to +105ºC. UL 1015 lead wire can also use as internal wiring in appliances that are exposed to oil which does not exceed 105ºC in temperature.
The difference from UL1007: both types of cable is insulated by PVC but the thickness is different, UL 1015 is thicker, and the rated voltage of UL1015 is 600V while the rated voltage of UL1007 is 300V.
